Independent educational service
UK Ready is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by the UK Government, the Home Office or any official test provider.
The app provides educational practice only. It does not provide legal or immigration advice and does not guarantee a passing result. Test rules, eligibility requirements and official materials may change. You are responsible for checking current information on GOV.UK.
License
You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial study. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or its materials except where applicable law expressly permits.
Purchases
Premium is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Pricing, taxes, refunds and regional availability are controlled by Apple. Use Restore Purchases to restore an eligible purchase associated with your Apple Account.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep study content useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Actual exam questions may differ. Report suspected errors through the support page so they can be reviewed.
Progress and availability
Study progress is stored locally and may be lost if you remove the app, reset the device or clear app data. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The app software, interface, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to the developer. Government names, publications and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the app, reliance on study content, exam results or loss of locally stored progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Apple Standard EULA
Your license is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory terms of the Apple Standard EULA, the applicable mandatory terms control.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
