For the fastest response, include your device model, iOS version, app version and a screenshot or screen recording when relevant. Do not send passport details, immigration documents or payment-card information.

Restore Premium
Open the app's Premium screen and select Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Apple manages billing and refund requests.
Study progress
Progress is stored locally and there is currently no account or cloud synchronisation. Removing the app may permanently remove your test history, mistakes and streak.
Report a content issue
Send the question text, test name, selected answer and a short explanation of the suspected issue. We review reported errors and outdated material.
Official test information
For booking, eligibility, identification requirements and official rules, visit GOV.UK. UK Ready cannot access or change official bookings.
Account deletion
UK Ready does not create user accounts. Delete the app to remove locally stored study data. Contact Apple for Apple Account or transaction-data requests.
